iFloorplan enables new home buyers to interactively customize their home before construction. It lets buyers visualize and manipulate structural options, wiring, lighting and furniture placement. Home builders can then use these personalized floorplans as a guide during the construction process. It's also a very effective sales tool as prospective home owners draft up their dream home.

iFloorPlan has evolved through the years into a versatile and sophisticated solution that has been used by dozens of the nation's top builders. It includes a full administration backend for managing communities, floorplan options and customer-saved plans. I created and maintained iFloorplan from Flash 6(!) up through a full OOP rewrite for ActionScript 2.0.
